Notes on Rates
- Please note that a $10 per day resort fee per house (not per person) will be charged upon checking in for full access to resort facilities.
- Discounts for 2 weeks or more on request.
- Minimum stay of 5 nights otherwise less guests will be responsible for cleaning charge, available on request and payable at time of booking.
- Rates include gas and electricity.
- Telephone usage not included in rates.
Check in and out times
Check in time is 16.00 hrs onwards and departure is 10.00 hrs. This can be negotiated depending on prior guests departure.
Booking Notes
- A £200.00 or $300.00 refundable deposit will be required on booking.
- Booking will not be confirmed until this has been received.
- Payment in full must be received 6 weeks prior to start of rental period.
- If booking date is less than six weeks to rental period full payment must be made at time off booking.
- Booking number, property address and directions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
- The main guest booker must be 21+ years old.
