Our modern 2 year old townhouse sleeps 8 very comfortably in 4 bedrooms and is located in the 4 star Regal Palms Resort & Spa in Sunny Davenport, Florida adjacent to the award winning 18 hole 72 par championship golf course at ‘Highlands Reserve’. The resort is located behind Berry Town centre shopping complex which is within easy walking distance of the house and features a Publix supermarket, petrol/gas station, banks, Applebees family restaurant, fast food & A La Carte Restaurants, bars, a beauty salon and other amenities.

Our home offers 5 star enjoyment and has everything to offer families, golfers, young and old alike and is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your Florida holiday to the maximum.

Major tourist hotspots including Disney attractions are only a 15 minutes drive away and Universal Studios, SeaWorld & I-Drive to name but a few are only 20 minutes. Old Town is also only 15 minutes away.

Our House is ideal for golfers, large families or two smaller families. Includes free secure wi-fi and a 32" flat screen digital TV!

The resort facilities available to guests include heated lagoon pool, water slides, lazy river, fully equipped gym, clubhouse with restaurant & bar serving food all day, sundry shop, games room, sauna, Jacuzzi, DVD rental, childrens play area, 24 hr reception facility and much, much more…

The pool area covers 2.5 acres. Play and splash on the water slides, float around the lazy river on inflatables, relax in the Jacuzzi or enjoy the Florida sun with a cocktail lazing by the pool. The childrens play area is located at the pool area.

At Regal Palms Resort there really is something for everyone!

Located a short drive away on Highway 192 are many more bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.

St Petes beach (Gulf coast) and Daytona beach (Atlantic coast) are a mere 90 minutes drive away.

Regal Palms guests are welcome at the adjacent award winning 18 hole 72 par championship golf course at Highlands Reserve, where golf buggies are readily available for hire. Golf club hire can be organised at time of booking or when at the property.

Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes and Sanford Airport is 60 minutes drive from the property. Car hire is highly recommended but not essential as the resort offers frequent shuttle services to Disney attractions, International Drive etc..
